Aaji's Authentic Thali Pith: A Timeless Delight

Thali Pith holds a special place in every Maharashtrian's heart. It's a dish that transcends generations, bringing families together over shared memories and flavors

 

Preperation Method of Thalipith.

Step 1 :-

Thalipeeth dough is prepared by adding finely chopped onion, green chilly, coriander, salt to taste, water and kneading it into a smooth consistency. This versatile dough is then shaped into flatbreads and cooked on a griddle till golden brown.



Step 2 :-

Serve it hot or warm with some white butter (loni) or yoghurt/curd. You can also serve it with thecha or a pickle. During winter thalipeeth makes for a nice healthy and warming food.
