The true custodians of our culinary legacy are our grandmothers. Bhavesh’s father hails from the Koli community, while his mother comes from Malwani. Growing up, he was blessed with the love and culinary wisdom of two grandmothers who nourished him with the finest Koli and Malwani delicacies. This dual heritage bestowed upon him not just exceptional culinary skills, but also a profound sense of cultural identity and belonging. Our deep gratitude and affection for these incredible women, whose recipes and traditions we strive to honour and preserve, could not be contained within phrases. Founders Bhavesh Koli & Manisha Koli
Bhavesh, originally an engineer who found his calling in advertising, and Manisha, a talented interior designer, came together to create Mi Hi Koli.
